Our experienced inspectors are very familiar with the requirements of Japanese customers for product quality, and the parts are fully tested in full inch.

Our company’s inspection process:

1．During the processing, the processing person of each processing step perform self-inspection, and after the inspection passed, the next process is performed.

2.  After the parts enter the quality inspection room, first confirm whether the parts are consistent with the drawings.

3．Check the appearance of the parts for damages, to ensure that the parts are clean and tidy.

4．Check the material and quantity of the parts is correct or not.

5．Inspect the parts’ C angle, R angle, surface finish, etc. are consistent with the drawings.

6．The parts are tested in full quantity and full-inch method, the test data will be written on the drawings. After the test is passed, the quality inspector stamps and provides the quality inspection report for the customer;

    If the defect was found during the inspection process, the quality inspector will fill out the defect inspection report and handed the parts to the unified person to repair;

    If the parts need to be surface treated, that shall be carried out after the test is passed, and after the surface treatment, the parts will be inspected again;

After the test is passed, and the surface treatment is not required, the parts will be sent to the packaging room with the quality inspection report.
