Quote

When the business department receives the customer's order, it will arrange the drawing quotation at the first time, and strictly quote the quotation according to the drawings.

Decide the part number, name, quantity, unit price, total price, packaging, logistics and delivery date, etc. The business department will make a formal quotation for the customer.

 Trade mode: FOB, DDU, CIF, CFR, etc.

Order

After negotiation, received a formal order from the customer.

1.The order form could be sent by email. After receiving and confirming the order has nothing wrong, the production will be carried out. Also, about the payment method, delivery time, etc. Please allow us to confrim.

 2. Our company will strictly manage the customer's information, the orde forms, drawings and contract books will be kept by special person.

Processing and testing

Strictly follow the drawings and the requirements of the order for processing. If there is any unclear place, we’ll contact by email, SKYPE or telephone.

During the processing, the processing progress will be reported to the customer in time, and all the products will be inspected in full inch after processing.

Delivery

After the product was inspected qualified, the parts will be delivered together with the quality inspection report and the 

delivery note. Considering the various products, we’ll use different packaging methods to ensure the safety by air and sea 

transportation to prevent damages.

Transportation time

1. Usually in the case of air express, such as OCS, DHL, etc., 2 to 3 days to your company.

2. Shipping time, the basic port of Japan takes 7 to 15 days (including customs clearance).

Payment method

1.After placing the order, 50% advance payment, the remaining 50% before delivery. Shipped after the payment.

2.Please be changed with the remittance fee by your company, the withdrawal fee in China is borne by our company.
